A language all can speak but less choose to practice
Actions and words no longer align.
We can all afford to operate in and from a permanent position of kindness but it seems more elusive and distant.
A remote art absent from everyday life canvas.
Upheld as a value but disconnected in reality moments.
Comments, sarcasm, judgements, platforms, memes, likes, dislikes, complaints, accusations, opinions, rude replies without restraint; Careless words that would never be exchanged with a stranger in the supermarket thrown recklessly in any and all directions.
No care for the airstrike damage or aftermath.
Division
Separation
Loss
Isolation
The harvest of a critical, arrogant, standby culture.
Reaping what is sown!

Somehow we have lost the essence of real love; what it means to forgive, to cover one another, to speak words that elevate and accompany them with compassionate action.
It costs absolutely nothing but means everything.
It is the pricetag of exposed character to choose above yourself.
It measures true generosity regardless of deserving.
It reveals true colours regardless of the weather or convenience.
“Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV
