Peace is a Choice

This morning I only just realised that peace is a choice...!!

It is not a hope...or a result...or even a feeling, but it is available...right here in this moment as a decision.

I can choose how to respond!

I have deadlines to meet, paperwork to clear, programs to organise...and of course today technology seems to conspire against me and the mountainous 'to do' list...

But I choose to not be dragged by the tide pushing against me and to not give in to the lie that says present circumstances define the outcome...I am not a victim!

There are things I cannot change but I really do have the choice to respond differently....

Today I CHOOSE PEACE!
